Masterclasses concentrating on Burgundy wines, Port and the Douro Valley wines

These afternoon classes give delegates a chance to hone their tasting skills as well as the opportunity to gain knowledge about the provenance of the products within the Discover the Origin campaign. A prominent Sommelier expert will discuss some of the food and wine matches possible using Parma Ham, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Burgundy, Port and selected Douro Valley Wines.
