The Academy of Food & Wine Service have kindly offered members of hotcatUK a discount on their course: Senses, Service & Skills – an introduction to Sommellerie: a master class organised by the Academy of Food & Wine as part of its Professional Connoisseur series. Delegates will learn all the essential basics about wine, the major varietals, wine service and wine making. A tutored tasting by the Sherry Institute of Spain follows in the afternoon.
