Did you know that in 2 years, only 20% of the workforce will be white, male, able bodied and under 45?
We have an incredibly diverse industry at grassroots level. Yet currently only 2% of board directors in our sector are black, Asian or minority ethnic, and across all sectors in the UK, only 6% of Board Directors are female.
How do we interact and nurture talent?
Should we be 'Colour blind'?
What are the reasons for this disconnect between demographics at grassroots and in management?
