- I am currently working as a chef at The Milestone Hotel in Kensington, London. I studied a degree in Business and Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University and have previously worked at various restaurants in London, most notably L'Escargot and Galvin Bistro De Luxe.
I also attended Westminster Kingsway College where I gained my cooking qualifications.
